Our schmaltz is carefully rendered from the fat of our pasture-raised chickens. A traditional, versatile cooking fat, it adds rich, savory flavour to roasted vegetables, potatoes, eggs, soups, stews and sautéed dishes. It also works beautifully in biscuits, pastry and other savory baked goods.
