Homemade Ramen

Made with any of Crane Dance Bone Broth varieties and chicken, beef, or pork! This recipe uses Lotus Foods Millet and Brown Rice Ramen Noodles (organic and GF).
Ingredients
- Crane Dance Bone Broth
- Crane Dance chicken, beef, or pork, cut into pieces
- Onions, celery, and carrots, chopped. Add in any other veggie you'd like!
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- Herbs: parsley, sage, thyme, etc.
- Salt & pepper and/or miso paste (optional) to taste
- Lotus Foods Ramen Noodles (available at Costco!) GF
Directions
1 - Sauté onions, celery, carrots, and garlic in a little water until softened.
2 - Add any other veggie you'd like (bok choy, red peppers, cabbage, etc.)
3 - Add CDF Bone Broth and cooked meat to desired amount.
4 - Bring to a boil, then simmer.
5 - Add in fresh or dried herbs, salt, pepper, and miso paste (optional) to taste.
6 - While simmering, cook noodles in separate pan. Strain, then divide into bowls.
7 - Ladle broth over noodles and enjoy!
