100% Grassfed Beef Kabobs

				Delicious CDF beef kabobs are a special meal for any grilling occasion!
		    
		
			
	Ingredients
- 2 lbs or more Sirloin Steak, cut into skewering size pieces
- One red and yellow bell pepper
- 1-2 red onions, cut into wedges
- 8 oz mushrooms (whole or halved)
- Optional: zucchini chunks, cherry tomatoes, or other veggies
- *Marinade for beef (see recipe)
Directions
Marinade (Thai-style):
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1–2 teaspoons Sriracha or other hot sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. 
- Add beef pieces to marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight). 
- 
Thread beef and veggies onto skewers. 
- 
Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates. 
 Grill kabobs, turning every 2–3 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness
